Updated October 24, 2026

Pack Again helps you plan, pack and reuse checklists. Your travel plans stay on your device; the app does not use its own servers to store them.

Data on your device

Trips, destinations, dates, travelers, items, categories, quantities, notes, preparations, checkmarks, reviews, essentials and Trash are stored locally. Language and appearance preferences are also stored on your device. Core features require no account or login.

Collection and tracking

The app includes no ads, trackers, proprietary usage analytics or third-party SDKs. It does not send your travel plans to the developer. System services, such as iPhone backups you enable, follow their own settings and policies.

Sharing and backup

When sharing a checklist or exporting a backup, you choose the destination through iOS. A file may be sent to another person or saved in Files, iCloud Drive or another provider you choose. JSON backups contain your data as text, without their own password or encryption. Deleting data in the app does not delete copies you have already exported or shared. There is no automatic sync between devices.

Control and deletion

You can edit records, export a copy and recover trips from Trash. Deleted trips stay in Trash until you recover or permanently delete them. Remove external copies by deleting the files or asking recipients to delete them. Use the contact below for requests about data sent to support.

Permissions

The app does not request location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Import and export use the native iOS picker for the files and destinations you select.

Testing with TestFlight

During the TestFlight beta, Apple collects and shares crash reports, usage information and feedback with the developer; this may include your name and email depending on the invitation type. This processing is part of TestFlight. The developer uses the received data to investigate issues and improve the app, without sharing it with third parties. See TestFlight & Privacy for details and Apple retention periods.

Support

If you send an email or feedback, the developer receives the information you choose to include to reply and investigate the issue. Avoid attaching full backups or other people’s personal information unnecessarily. You may contact the developer with privacy questions or requests to access or delete data sent to support.

Support website

The public privacy and support pages are hosted by Sites. When you visit them, the provider may process your IP address and technical browser information to deliver the content and protect the service. The pages include no forms, first-party cookies, ads or visitor analytics configured by the developer. This processing is separate from the app’s local storage.
